I don't use whatsapp, in fact I have never taken interest on this app. I have used viber, messenger, skype but not whatsapp and other similar apps.

Since I don't have a smart phone, I don't have whatsApp too, so I am not addicted to it at all.
It seems like almost all my friends are using whatsapp, and some of them have been asking me to change my phone, so we can chat using whatsapp.
I don't think I'll use whatsapp a lot even though I have a smart phone, as I don't want to spend too much time chatting and the phone, I need to spend more time with my children.

I recently heard that whatsapp is being phased out from Nokia and Blackberry phones, and I use a Nokia. Anyone else heard this? I'm not sure when it's actually meany to happen, though.

I read the news WhatsApp is stopping service for number of operating systems by the end of 2016. It will end support for BlackBerry , Nokia S40, and Nokia Symbian S60 by the end of this year. Additionally, it will no longer support Android 2.1 and 2.2 or Windows Phone 7.1.I think all these are old versions.
