Yes. Don't be surprised I do not have instagram despite being an avid photographer. I cannot have it on my mobile as my mobile is basic. I want to know if I can download it on my computer.

I love using Instagram just to follow my favorite celebrities. I have no idea if it has an app for laptops or desktops. Maybe you could consider buying smartphones soonest. There are lots of smartphones you could afford to buy. Every year the price is going down because they're releasing new versions of their brands.

I doubt whether there's a website version of it and yes you can download it in your computer.

There is a website version of Instagram, although I believe you cannot post photos on it, someone correct me, if I am wrong.

install the Desktop Instagram in your Chrome browser

Still singing the praises of this Google Chrome extension. It's FREE!!

Go into the Google Chrome Extensions, open the Chrome Web store, type "instagram desktop" in the search box. ADD the extension that says "Desktop for Instagram".

There is also another extension called "App for Instagram". ADD that one too.

You can view, comment, upload photos, etc. It's just like having it on a mobile device.

I use both all the time.
