I believe one should use judiciously whether using a smartphone or an old phone. Both are beneficial. Smartphones though have made life easier. As there is internet and word, excel, office, powerpoint which helps people in doing their work faster, no matter where are they situated. I personally prefer smart phone over old phones.

Both the smarth phone and the old phones are all good and in use in good working condition if the phone is no longer working then you need to get it fixed and start using it.
It is even better to dry your phone when there is sun this will ensure that your phone is in good working condition
