Re: Purchasing clothes onlines

Postby sprite1950 » 13 Oct 2020, 05:33

I usually take note of where the clothes are being made and always read reviews. I know if a garment comes from China I will need to go two sizes bigger because they are so small. Recently I bought a hoodie in XL for myself but it only fitted my 13 year old granddaughter who is a size 8-10. Chinese women must be really tiny.

Because of numerous advantages of online shopping, like better prices, variety of products, no sale pressure, etc, more and more people these days prefer buying things online over the conventional method of going into stores.

It is right that online sites have too much variety than offline shops, but I think we can check quality of cloth only with touching to cloth, Once I bough one bedsheet online, It was looking beautiful, but when I got it was not so as looking in picture, quality of cloth is also not good one

Hahaha yes, laughing is good for the heart :) But on a serious note, my husband struggles to shop online because he never gets his size right. But it's very easy for me because I've worked out the different sizes different retailers offer and I know my body enough to work with all of that. I very, very rarely get my size wrong.

We have both positive negative facts on purchasing cloths online. We can order from home without any wasting our time for travelling.
most of the time we get much discount and offers online.

Disadvantages are low quality materials and fit on is not ok.

For me it's the store straight away thee is no bargain there. I have always hd this assumption that when i order online i might not get what i want exactly, there is always that "what if" but being there physically is much fulfilling.

I would love that but am not exactly sure about my size and returning them for another fitting size is always a process.

With this era of technology, online shopping can be done at any time of the day or night. When you visit a store, you most likely have to settle for whatever price the vendor has placed on a particular item. But it's not the same case with online shopping, you have the ability to compare prices from hundreds of different vendors, plus we get discounts and customer reviews, you can even return the products if you do not like them. It all saves time.

I prefer buying clothes in the mall than online because I want to see the item myself. But with the current situation, I have no choice but to buy online but I just bought twice since the lockdown. I can still use the existing clothes that I have.

I love shopping at the mall, but I also sometimes shop online which gives me an unlimited amount of choices. Online shopping has become incredibly diverse and sophisticated over the years.

Purchasing clothes online to me is the best because it comes with the best design, best material and though it has it's disadvantage but the advantage supersede that of the disadvantage. Purchasing clothes online has taken another shape now because if you visit most of the site talking about the online shopping platform, you will see how the have step up to ask for ones size of clothes either Medium, Large or Extra Large and you get to make your choice.
