I might be tempted to say yes and no. Yes because I myself found love online, no hot feelings it started as a joke until we finally meet each other in reality.
I can say no because online people don't tend to reveal their real self, the hide their personality, so it will be hard to love such individual when you finally know their real personality.

It is difficult to find love online because most of them are dating for short period of time and partner go to another person so to get married with a person you find online is really difficult.

Why is there more success in overseas dating sites than local or same country dating online? Yes I have also heard some stories. But no most pretty women are all money hungry e thots or already taken. It seems only the ones that are not that pretty are single lol

About looking after money: not all are women. Do you know what happened in Brazil? Single brazilian women supposing having found online their international love, only to discover their foreign boyfriends were in the sake of money. When they send the amount, aiming they are doing charity helping their beloved one, they lose both boyfriend and money .
