I get that a lot too. My eyes feel dry and itchy so when that happens, I just rest from the device and close my eyes for a while to relieve them. Afterwards I go back to it because I can't stay away forever.

I only use it when I have someone to call or text with or sometimes I need to consume mobile data for work purposes when I can't use my PC aside of that I don't do nothin on my smartphone. Too much using Smartphone makes me feel like I absorb it's heat.
