I usually charge my phone at 15% on average. Sometimes, it may be lower than that and sometimes, it is higher than that. It depends on the conditions.

I don't follow any rule. I charge it as frequently as possible which i think is bad. I always see that charge is above 90% always. so i charge it when ever it is below 70%.

I charge when it is 10%, if it's says that battery is low. Then I full charged it and leave not using while charging. Well, still my battery's lifespan is still okay even it's almost 4 years and I don't have any problem on it and I don't use power bank even when I am not in the house.

I always make it full charge no matter what. My phone is quite fast to its charge so I need to keep it up max so I will not worry getting low battery bar.

I only recharge my cellphone battery when the phone tells me that it needs to be connected to a power source usually at 10%, It takes like 2 hours to recharge the battery to 100% and my battery isn't that good because it gives me 5 hours of working time.
I am going to buy a power bank soon so I could recharge my cellphone on the way.

It used to be the case that some batteries would last longer if they were regularly fully discharged. With the latest technology, I don't think it matters much when you put them on charge

The lowest percentage possible is the best percent to
charge your phone, like 15% below. That is what I usually do unless I need to go outside.
