currently I am receiving more traffic from twitter than from facebook. In fact about 70 percent of my social traffic is from twitter

True and people expose their lives there, you can learn almost anything you want if you pay atention to some profiles, people have no clue how silly they behave there.

This was the issue 3 years ago. At that time, Facebook was the best social media to share anything, to attract more organic traffic for your websites. Then, the Twitter seemed only limited was using it. But nowadays, Twitter has proven to be the best social media sharing usually availed of by the website owner/writer.

That's because facebook is for the common people. You can share what you ate for dinner and still get a good response on your post.

I also find facebook better platform for promotion as you can create pages and groups. However, I get more traffic from twitter.

I think it depends on how you are going to use the platform, for me Facebook is good to keep in contact with my family and friends, and I use Twitter to share my Youtube videos and photographs.

I think Facebook is better in the sense that you can chat with people. However, tweeter is good when you want to just update your status with short messages.

You have to learn the advantages and disadvantages of both. Then leverage the advantages of all social media platforms so you can get even more exposure. Not all platforms will perform best for you. But, the ones that do work persistence is key. This is what I have learned.

It is very silly! people post almost every detail of their life on there lol
I don't like it much. Sometimes it can be fun. But i rather chat on my video games live stream.

For me, it has always been, the Facebook. It's much more fun with the right crowd and has got better features too
