Re: Youtube's latest business suicide decision

I got reply from my emails to ftc. They said my channel is Coppa compliant! Or maybe they just don't understand my videos because they are not English. See non English channels are safe from adpocalypse and Coppa.

I think cursing is not against rules on youtube or sexual talk.
Because Mutahar is cursing and ranting a lot lately in his videos.
He says he does it so they know for sure his videos are not kid friendly.
lol he is so funny.

But yes non english channels I think they don't care much about them.
I never see them getting any strikes for anything.

For now they non English are not getting strikes since youtube still cannot recognize what words are considered curse words. I bet in the future they will start non english channels adpocalypse once they have the system up and running.

Let's just hope the non english channels never get targeted and
just can stay safe from any rules. They are lucky they have more creative freedom in their
content. But i think that overall youtube is just going crazy..
But we will see what happens. We still might do an art channel on there.

I also really hope that there will be no adpocalypse in non engllish channels. But I think there is a high chance that this will happen in the future especially if the advertisers complain.

Yes it's the American companies that really do complain alot. That is so true. I mean youtube is still ok i guess. I might still try to build up a couple channels on there. But I am doing much better on facebook. So I sticking with that for now.

With the exception of Elsagate that is done by Russians, Czechs, Vietnamese and Indians (those channels are counted as English due to English titles).... Majority of Youtube scandals that leads to demonetizations are done by Pewdiepie and Americans. Non English channels are still safe for monetization.

Now a lot of guys are using code words and secret searches to sneak porn on there lol..
i dont' see why they can't just start a porn site and no try to sneak on youtube lol..

They are not demonetized, They still get ads. Its just Youtube dont recommend their videos anymore and they are not visible to Youtube searches which kills their growth.

This is one of the reason coppa happens. Look what happens on the livechat of an Elsagate nursery rhyme video.

It is good that youtube is implementing coppa. But I just hope they do not get too strict with it to the point that innocent channels gets punished for no reason.

Innocent channels already got punished, losing ad revenue while the cause of the crisis still makes money.

You should consider an ASMR channel since you dont want to use your voice nor show your face. Some ASMRtist don't show their face at all.
