I changed my cellphone every two years before when my contract were up! It was a must since we went from basic phones to smart phones to smarter phones. I also changed my numbers and carriers too when we there were nothing but contracts with all the big companies.

Since having the iPhone, and I was no longer under contract with any company, I have kept the same phone and carrier for a long time.

It's already my habit to change my cellphone every year. I don't know, I just think it's mandatory for me to update every now and then.

I don't need to change my cell phone every year, in fact i only change it if it isn't working good or like the last time it has a battery issue. Usually I only change it after 3 years of use.

Yes I change my phone every year or in some cases I have changed even twice. But last time I did not change it just for the sake of changing it but I lost my phone while I was out on tour and never got a clue. That was in the month of November last year.
