Gmail for sure, they have more security for the accounts. Onde I used Yahoo and I didn't like it.

I would prefer Gmail over Yahoo since it doesn't only provide email but also useful services like drive, adsense, adwords, gplay, and much more which could be accessed from one google account.

I have 2 yahoo email accounts that are currently as good as dormant because a few years ago they started playing up and I got so frustrated with the non-communication from Yahoo that I sought other accounts elsewhere. The nail in the coffin was not being able to access them at all. Now I have 1 outlook and 1 gmail account and I love the ease with which they work. Gmail is more than just an email account, and it's so funky and fun

I prefer Gmail, by far. I had a Yahoo!/Ymail account when I was younger, but as I've gotten older, I've just switched to Gmail. I love the layout, security options, ease of use, all that. It's much nicer than Ymail or even Hotmail, AOL, etc. to me.

Back in 2008-2010 i used to use Yahoo mail, it was a top notch on that time, it was really popular along with yahoo messanger a great messanger as well my uncles, Grandfather Used to talk my father and others of us used yahoo messanger as well yahoo email!

Nowdays yahoo is no more left what it was, not email neither messanger. Now gmail is allround email and service, like me android user GooglePlay works with Same Account so does Google+ with which you can Loginto many games on android. Nowdays yahoo is living on the help of Yahoo answer nothing other is left for yahoo! And its nothing compared to Gmail! Gmail is nice nowday!

But in contrast in yahoo, there are many ads, which i don't like..

Since I have 15 Gmail accounts I check every 10 minutes and I can't even remember the last time I was on Yahoo, I would say my preference is obvious. I participate in earning online and more opportunities specify Gmail, so I follow that advice.

If I am not mistaken, my first email account is Yahoo Mail, and I always used Yahoo search many years ago. Now, I think I have switched all to Google, Gmail as well. I haven't been visit Yahoo for quite a long time.
