I am having a samsung galaxy S 5263 model phone but it works smoothly. So far i never experienced any problem except one time and that too it will keep on charging the battery even if i did not keep it for charging. Then i gave it for servicing and now it is ok.

Yes, I won one and I am not happy at all. I have Samsung S3 Neo. I know, it's really old phone but lags everywhere.
I bought it three months ago and lag persis from the first day.Battery is fine when I am connected to WiFi, but when I turn on mobile data, battery is dead for two hours.

Samsung is excellent in mobile phones. However, it is how the phone is being used. The malfunctioning of some parts or facility within the phone is affected because of overcharging it, accidental falling, has not been used for quite sometime or whatever.

If your phone has been acquired just recently better have it checked from the Samsung repair shop for it has still a warranty for repair and it is free.

iphones are freezing sometimes too. I don't know if it is because of the full images in the gallery.

Odd mine works well other then having to buy a new battery from Amazon a long while ago. Anytime mine has froze like that which only happened a few times if a restart did not work I would pull that battery out while the phone was on and count 30 seconds then place the battery back this may be a hard reset? Also if your phone is cluttered with pictures or junk think about cleaning it up. I removed all pictures off mine a while ago and it helped and deleted a few unused apps.

My Samsung phone at present takes a longer time to complete its battery charging. Lately, this is what I have observed from my phone. Its battery takes fast to drain. I have added some apps for that would be the reason for high consumption of power.

We have a Samsung S3 and a new J7 which my wife is using. The S3 hangs on rare occasions but maybe due to the apps installed therein. The J7 looks all right since she bought it last November.
