Do you use any app on your mobile phone, that helps your brain? Perhaps some kind of Maths game or another type of game that is good for your intelligence?

Any sort of concentrated learning should boost your brain....
- Language learning.
- Gaming (with variety rather than addiction).
- Playing new sports.

Thanks Sam, that's a great site and I've liked it on Facebook. I do play the odd game of chess, like once every few months, really should make an effort to play it more often. Might download their chess app, when I free up more space on my phone.

I am using Duolingo to learn a new language! I believe in learning to keep my brain sharp. Spanish is my chosen language since it is something I can closely come to pronounce the words without frustrations.

No, it is not really necessary but I believe that PC is enough to boost anything, it is very easy to learn things with it.

I have in the past but not as of right now. I do not have a lot of time as I am trying to make money online and that is taking all my time. I would play crosswords and other puzzle games. I like to play chess, but I am not very good at it. My son loves to play chess as well and sometimes we play together. I like to play suduko too. I love to be able to learn new things and keep my mind young.
