The only too I can give you for now is to tell you to join a college to learn programming if you have done other packages then you can go ahead and apply for programming

I would suggest learning HTML5 and CSS so you can program websites for the Internet and I would recommend studying the free tutorials on http://W3Schools.com

HTML5 and CSS ARE Programming. Why I suggest they are a good place to start, is they are easy to learn and extremely useful if you are going to work online doing anything. It's like suggesting a carpenter start filling his tool box by buying a hammer. Is a hammer necessary to have before you can use a mitre saw? Not really, but it's a good place to start.

Why do you want to learn programming germainebull, what is your objective? You will get more helpful recommendations if you can give some background as to what you would like to achieve. Saying that, if I was starting to learn programming from scratch I'd seriously consider Learn Python the Hard Way.

We at the university started learning programming with C and then moved to C++, I think these languages are good for the beginners because they help you in understanding the concepts of programming.

If you want to get started learning programming for the web, be sure to consider the offer Fergal has to get a free hosting account for 2 months with very affordable fees if you decide to continue. There is a pink bar at the very top of this page where you can check it out.
