I'm an AutoCAD instructor, and when I started learning, I knew nothing, just dive into the program and then I learnt it along the way. It is a massive software with huge capabilities, but you can learn it with regular practice. So it depends upon how do you want to learn it or from where are you gonna learn it and also for what purpose are you learning it.
If you're going to learn it from a training institute or center, you can visit them and they'll tell you what you need, but if you want to learn it online, you can learn the basics from youtube tutorials or take a course on various online learning sites like udemy, skillshare etc.
But it does need time and practice to comprehend the software well enough to do some real life project or work. So I suggest you to practice, practice and practice.
