Has anyone else bought a Kaspersky antivirus software (esp. the Internet Security (IS) product) that appears to be too far behind in relation to updates?
I've this 2015 version of the Kaspersky IS product that has failed to sufficiently update its databases after running multiple updates.
I guess this product is defective in some way.

I've used kaspersky for a relatively short while; I installed it on my laptop about three months ago.
I've thus not encountered major problems.

My premium had expired long back so i installed the trial version from online but it never worked!

I installed kerspersky 2 years ago and it has served me all I have never had a problem though I understand there are those that are not genuine

Did you first uninstall the paid-up version before reverting to the trial version?
