Has Google updated its TOS yet again? I'm seeing windows requiring me to sign my agreement to some TOS whenever I log into most of my Google accounts.

Yes they have updated TOS of YouTube and gmail. I am guessing other services will be updated in shortly too. I think it takes some time for the changes to apply. Youtube's recent TOS change have created some of the issues. I guess there will be thread shortly by someone here on that.

It is good that you've clarified this matter. Now I'm not hesitant to sign these new TOS agreements.
