Mine was a huge black brick, back in the 80s .. I think it was Motorola. It was a pay as you go on Orange network and cost a fortune to run so I think I sold it on. There were no flash gadgets and no deals like there are today and not many networks.
My first ever phone is Nokia 5310. It was the first ever phone I had for 3 years and then I had Ericson and then Samsung. I bought it from my salary. I love that phone. I get addicted to texting during that times and it is more enjoyable during that times.
My brother had one of the first mobile phones in the UK as he reviews and test them. My first was a brick and I had to carry it in a backpack! It was a Motorola and since then I have had at least a hundred. Now, I just have a couple and I don't want to change them any longer. I like what I have and only upgrade when I have to.
My first smartphone is the Samsung Galaxy III that I'm currently using. I had some flip phones before this, but I didn't use them for much. I find myself using my smartphone quite often.
I don't remember... it was yellow with a long cord, rotary dial because we didn't have touch tone service in our area yet, was hooked up in the kitchen, and was probably made by Bell.
My first mobile phone was a Motorola that fit in the trunk of my car with a console and handset between the front seats and an antenna like a ham radio. As I remember it was around $900 plus a significant monthly fee. A far cry from the Motorola Moto G I have today.

Nokia. I don't remember the cost, but it was worth it. I bet that thing would still be working if I hadn't "upgraded." I loved my Nokia phones. They were great.
I think it was a Nokia but quite a newer one, I remember being able to put gifs on it and that blew my mind as a kid. Those were the days man, I was playing snake all day.
My first mobile phone was a motorolla that had an antenna that you could pull out to get better reception. I actually still have it and my kids play with it. They think it is old fashioned.
