I love it.
I do everything I can think of on it.
Cost was around $250.
Bought it from Walmart.

Yous is an interesting post.
Could you please mention other specifics such as HDD, RAM, battery performance etc?

Most people are using laptops for looking at websites, watching videos, and maybe some word-processing. For these types of jobs, current technology is actually far more powerful than we need. The last few times I've bought laptops for me or members of the family, I've simply gone to the Dell site and bought one of their cheaper models. I didn't think it worth taking any more trouble really; pretty much any machine will do.

This capability is needed even for basic work, especially if you do it for a long time.

Most of the models that you see these days have the minimum i3 capability. Laptop especially have the minimum i3 models. If you are getting core duo or the mobile processor then skip that. Make sure that you don't settle for any RAM than 4GB. Because Windows 10 won't play well for RAM under 4GB.
