Nikon COOLPIX L480 Review

Postby FuZyOn » 30 Oct 2016, 17:40

It looks like Nikon have outdone themselves yet again with their new camera "Nikon COOLPIX L840". This products sports an amazing 16 MP Low-light CMOS Sensor with a 38x Zoom-NIKKOR ED Glass Lens and built in Wi-FI + NFC connectivity (NFC is only available for phones with Android 4.0 or later).

For the price point of only $299.95 you're getting an incredible camera that is able to film at Full HD and the image quality looks stunning!Nikon also included a 3.0-inch 921,000-dot Tilt LCD Display that looks gorgeous and makes filming and taking photos much easier.

Comparing it with a Canon PowerShot SX60 HS Digital Camera Black we were able to see that there isn't much of a difference between those two, even though the camera from Canon is more expensive than the Nikon COOLPIX L840. They feature similar sensors and LCD screens so if you are an amateur who wants a good starting camera this is the device for you!We were also able to see extra features added from Nikon such as: Intelligent Autofocus, Smart Portrait System, Face Priority AF, Skin Softening, Blink Warning and more. Those traits can make taking photos or shooting videos a bliss!

Since this camera features a sensor that is capable of recording videos at Full HD 1080p with stereo sound this device is perfect for everyone who is looking to capture events that they are attending. This is also a good starting camera for an amateur photographer/video maker and I recommend it to everyone who wants to start a career doing videos.

All in all, this is the end of the Nikon COOLPIX L480 review. If you are looking for a somewhat cheap camera with some nice features added by Nikon that is also very capable of shooting very crisp and smooth videos you should really think of getting this device! Nikon has done a very good job with this camera and you really can't go wrong here.

Nikon makes very good cameras. I call them Nikki. I have an old Nikki kit that is over five years old and it still takes crisp shots. The shots from my sister's wedding are great. I would recommend the Nikon brand to someone searching for a camera.

Looks like a great camera for the money. It's good to see that you can get such good technology nowadays, for a reasonable amount of money. It's only a few years ago that even basic digital cameras were much more expensive than this one.
