How to fix keyboard problem, some words are not typing?

Postby grecy0905 » 04 Nov 2016, 05:41

I used my laptop nce again t soem of hte leetter are not working now. I a not sure if it is soemthng aobut the dust in the laptop that I need to clean or because there is a key that is lack. I am having a hard time with letter o, m, y, and u.

Now it is working but did you see my first paragraph, some of the letters are not coming out when I tick the tab. How to solve this one? I don't have lock keys. I did check the device manager and update the keyboard. I even scan it, but there goes the problem arriving once in a while and it is really irritating.

I clean it now but the problem arises again, just like on the first paragraph. Please help!

Are you sure? Apparently you're having 'difficulties' with other keys as well. Anyway, you may have to send your laptop for servicing. I think it's clogged with dusts, hence rendering the button unresponsive.

Aww! Sorry for that.

I once experienced a similar problem with my laptop. Eventually, I had to install a new keyboard.

Could be a hardware issue, maybe you need to get a new keyboard for it.

If you've cleaned and made sure it's not a software problem, then probably you'll need to get new keyboard. You can removing keys that work and sticking them in the keys that don't to make sure it's inner hardware problem or just the key button broken.

Get your keyboard checked first before attempting to buy a new one.
