Which Smartphone Is Better? Huawei or Samsung?

Postby nakitakona » 20 Dec 2016, 10:23

Does Huawei phone is better than that of Samsung? Or otherwise?

It's Christmas season of the year. Anywhere you go you can see big sales promotions in the mall. Shoppers are likely to purchase those items with a juicy promo offer like this Huawei smartphone. I am planning to get one when I receive my retirement pay.

Right now I am using Samsung phone Duos. What do you think? Do I need to replace it with Huawei phone?

I have a Samsung and although I like it I have always had problems sending pictures so I might try something different when my contract ends. I don't know anything about Huawei so I would be interested to hear from anyone who has had one.

The new P9 Plus and Mate 9 from Huawei are awesome. I've had Samsung all along, but now I want to get a Huawei. I currently have the possibility of getting S7 Edge, but I'd rather not do it. Samsung's Android tends to do bad in time. It slows down considerably, but the Android on Huawei has a better optimization. If you didn't hear about Huawei (idk how didn't you) check out some reviews of P9 Plus (a bigger P9) and Mate 9 (not available in Europe yet). The camera may not be at the same level of S7 Edge, but the performance is much better for a cheaper price.

Samsung is much better because I have used it before my current Motorola. I haven't faced any problem while I was using it. A good brand and worth for the price.

Given the negative reputation of China as a manufacturer of various fake products, I'm generally hesitant to try out a Huawei phone. I've thus always preferred Samsung products over any Chinese products.

To me, i prefer Samsung but Huawei can be good too. It depends on the reason you use the phone, either wants to take a photo or playing games. Usually, both are great in terms of photos. Since i'm a Samsung user, i will recommend you to use Samsung. As for the price, Huawei are more worth it to me.

Most of the Samsung products are also manufactured in China now :D
I do own a huawei, have no complaints, work as charmly as a Samsung if not more. Had owned both of these, not much different I'd say. Depends upon the specs of your phone.

So far I didn't hear any negative news from Huawei (p9 and others), although it made from China but you can give Huawei a try!
Samsung s7 is one of the best phone in 2016, but I couldn't suggest that because of the battery manufacture thingy overall of the Samsung product.
I used to be Samsung user but I changed to iPhone 7 this year, why don't give Apple a try?

Will you elaborate on this? I would really appreciate if you could. It is good that you have used both phones and you have noted the difference between them. Actually, this is what I have from the promo or advertisement issued by Huawei that their phone is better than Samsung. I won't submit myself to believe them.

I think both are as good as any but the only difference is Samsung is more popular among the users. If you compare both of them based on component, rates or features you will find Huawei is way better.

Majority of manufacturers of all manner of products have outsourced their operations to China due to the availability of cheap labor. But, some manufacturers do follow up to ensure that their China-manufactured products meet stringent quality requirements. This is not usually the case with Chinese manufacturers who could deliberately produce substandard products.

Yes, yes it is. I am speaking from experience. I hadown a S3 Neo that gave me alot of problems, it's common that it's charging system brakes and I paid 45 euro to fix it, the screen broke and it's first fall from around 1 feet :( and cost me 20 euros more to fix it than a friends iPhone cause it's a Super Amoled screen.

With the Huwaei p 8 lite I am super happy with it: Battery lasts longer, Never broke despite several falls from a truck lol and also they offered me 30 euro insurance for it agains everything(falls, theft eyc.)

This is an important concern.
But, for some of us who cannot access iphones, Samsung is our next best bet.

As far as I know, Motorolla phones used to be available in my city about 10 years ago. These were feature phones.Perhaps I'll have to check at various stores. That is, if you identify some superior attributes of Motorola Moto G4.

Huawei battery last longer. Based on experienced of my friend. I have Samsung and when I used it for gaming or Humanatic, the battery that is full charged will only last for 4 hours. I have been using it for 2 years. Huawei, according to my friend last 8 hours and she is using the phone 3 years now. On the quality of picture, Huawei is better than Samsung. I mostly used filters with my Samsung because of the low quality of picture, but of course, it depends on the model of the phone.
