I've people's reviews about bit not being all that but for me, it's great. I find it's fast and never get all glitchy on me. I guess because I rarely use it for anything besides buying eBooks and reading on it, there's less chance of me having problems with it.

Yes I think you're right. I feel a bit mean for criticising it now as it does have it's uses.

The internet space has availed an unrestricted platform and avenue for voicing one's opinion. While this is a plus to humanity, it has been repeatedly abused, unfortunately.
Take your example of people using the Amazon internet space to criticize Kindle tablets for not having similar capabilities as Samsung and Ipad tablets. I refer to this as misguided criticism.
