Is the time you spend over the internet really constructive?

How much time on average per day do you spend online?

I learn many things from internet. So I can say it is constructive to some extend. It is because no one can certify the correctness of the things presented online.

A few years ago, I used to literally waste my time lurking on the internet aimlessly. Nowadays, I am too smart to expend my time online if I am not gaining some kind of benefit.

I don't spend too much time online nowadays. I can only be online for a maximum of 2 hours. Before I can be online for more than 6 hours.

The answer to this question would be largely subjective. You know, we all have different opinions about what is 'constructive'.

I guess most of the time I spend online is constructive in some way.

I don't have any fixed hours to work and I am not constructive. I just work with my sites and spend some time with social medias whenever I have time. While visiting youtube and facebook the control over time is not in my hands.

I feel that way about Pinterest. I have to ration my time there and otherwise avoid it.

I feel that much of the time that I spend online is productive. I work my earning sites and work on a blog that I hope to launch in the near future. I do watch some TV at night on occasion too, when I'm too tired to do any thinking.

Yes, I spend all my time on internet which I feel productive or useful. I have no intention of wasting my time on social media doing nothing but clicking at likes for the sake of making others happy.

When I started home based activities usually it takes me more than 12 hours a day. I wake up every morning to do my usual chores and after that I go right back again to my laptop and do my thing there. :D :D :D

Not really, 90% of the time I just keep playing wow, and then I take a "break", when I do something I really need to do,
answer some emails and all that. I'm kind of lazy, I need to change it ASAP :D :D

I play WoW too! Horde or alliance? I have not played in quite a while though which sucks I am missing out on Nonlegarden. lol

I think for me it is 50% into each category. Sadly the internet and gaming, Netflix are 2 of my hobbies that I enjoy but I also spend 50% or more being constructive trying to learn new things or doing the work I do online to help pay bills and such.

I am not spending much time online lately due to work. I love to spend time on internet, working on websites, learning new stuff. Unfortunately lately I don't spend more than 2 hours online :(, and I am stealing sleeping hours to do so.

The internet is getting to be the standard communication. Look at social media, it has a chat. Maybe the day will come that 90% of the world's population will be glued to the internet for more than half of his waking hours. But for me, I am trying to limit the use of my computer to a maximum of 3 hours in a day. I need to rest my mind and my eyes as well.

My online time is usually aimless but it's a fantastic way for me to unwind. If I made it all about work, I would feel overwhelmed by extra burden.

Good to hear you spend productive time on the internet. Most of the time spent on social media is just a waste.
