I want to use ad codes in between my articles on blogger blogs and other similar sub-domain blogs. In one place I found "Please paste the code anywhere between <head> and </head>" What does this </head> and </head> mean? Can any one help me? Thanks.

The <head> tags include a site's meta data. Between those tags is where you place code that will not actually be visible on the website. You can read more about it here on W3Schools.

Unfortunately no in article ad options. And placing them under article won't make it look one ad after another article on home page. As it overrides 3 ads limit of adsense.

When you say "blogger" I am thinking you mean Blogspot. But I visited your site "articlues" and that's on Wordpress. So I'm trying to determine if you need help for a blog being published on the Blogspot or Blogger platform.

But actually the link Mr. Fergal supplied will help no matter what platform you use IF you have access to the theme or template and you can customize the HTML. However, if you can not edit the HTML code, then you just won't be able to insert the ad codes at all, even if you do understand how to do it. Just trying to help.

Am I right Mr. @Fergal?
I'm not a geek or tech savvy. I'm just speaking from my own experience trying to insert or add ad codes that also gave me the same instructions/directions.

Yes I agree cmoneyspinner, if you can't access your site's / blog's code, you will not be able to add code in the <head> tags.

I suggest don't do this. Your readers won't like ads in between articles. They hate it.

Uuumm ... I put ads between my articles on my blogs. Lots of sites put ads between their articles. I don't know if the readers don't like them but I can say I have never heard not one single complaint from a reader or site visitor about ads between the articles.

However, I will state publicly that I rather like the Native Ads. They are usually placed at the end or the bottom; and they display very nicely without disrupting content flow. IMHO.

Yes, you can add ad between your articles and I have to say that I think that it is fine in my opinion. I mean there are some readers that may have issues but if you write good content then you should be good. Readers know that you are going to add ads somewhere on your site so I mean they really can't get mad at something that they know will be on there anyway. I usually add mine to the bottom of the article but I think I do have some in between on one of my blog sites though. I mean it depends on what you like as well, because if you view your blog and don't like it then you can put them on the side if you wish.

I do like the ads that are placed on the bottom of the article so it won't mess with the reading but either way it does not bother me at all.

Just found a fix for you. If you're using the Genesis theme framework. Then it's possible. They have simple hooks plugin which can be used to ads at any place in the article.

Just simply go to youtube channel,go to search part and write there:how to put ads between head and head...there are many videos,which will show you how to place those ads in your blog.Best part of it,then you will see everything on the video,step by step,how to do it.

I intentionally keep my Blog ad free.

I don't like people doing that to me and so I don't do it to them.

Another pet peeve to me is "Pop Ups."

I am speaking of my own personal blog. Some sites use ads for their survival.

search for w3school as fergal suggested above the link may not open but the site is very much popular so easily you can find it on google also android app available in this name :thumbup:
