Postby kchrist030515 » 14 Jun 2017, 14:29

Were you still using there small quirky phones? Aside from you're expensive flat screens? In my country we always have a back up phones. Like myself when I'm out I always have a back up phone when I travel or simply hang out in case there's an emergency I can easily call or do speed texting. Smiles! what about you guys? Please share!

I own a tiny cell phone that I bought off of Amazon for $10, mostly for use as a backup phone (it isn't currently connected to service, but would still work for calling 911 in an emergency). It's about the size of a credit card.

If they can still be used why not. I can recall my sister has one that she still uses mine all got spoilt I think their use time was overdue. But they were very efficient I must say.

Hehe I actually thought the question was asking if we were still using our QWERTY phone, which I did used to have LOL I actually really liked that one, but have since moved onto the iPhone. I inherited mine from my husband when he got a new one. To be honest, I'm not at all fussed what phone I use, as long as I can make and receive calls as well as text, I'm cool.

I bought a tiny basic Tesco mobile phone for my granddaughter so that she could let me know wher she was if she was out playing. She was most indignant as all her friends have smartphones. She has now inherited my old phone as I recently upgraded. I still have the little one for emergencies though as it would come in useful if anything happened to my new one.

I have an old Samsung that holds the charge for a week and could come in handy if I'm angry and want to break something.

I have a back up phone which is Samsung. It is just a basic phone. But I like such phone because you can type a message even when your phone is in your pocket. Lol!
