RAM (Random Access Memory) is one of the major quality one look out for when deciding on buying a new phone because it helps in determining how fast the processing capability of such phone would be. Personally I hate it when a phone am using keeps hanging because of low RAM, this pisses me off.

Before buying any phone, the first thing I check is the RAM size, and I am not buying any phone that is below 2 gigabytes RAM. This helps me with making the phone more enjoyable when it comes to speed in processing data.

What RAM size do you prefer when buying a new phone?

Most phone companies have improved on the RAM issue so i would definately go for the 8gb ram.

I used to have 2 sticks of 4GB DDR3 RAM but one broke down and I have yet to replace it.
I'm dreaming to change to a DDR4 machine but that will cost me so much as I will be needing so many new parts

I have a new computer with 32 GB of RAM And I have a notebook with 8GB...
Working with video demands lots of RAM (and also a good processor). I used to edit my videos with 8GB of RAM and now, with 32GB that's much easier...

now a days there is lots of phones who came with 4 GB of ram that is really good and the samsung company lunch a phone that came with 6gb of ram . and i would like to buy 6 gb of ram but generally that phones are high price so normally i like to buy a 4gb of ram .

Depends for what you need your device. For playing video games and video editing software you need more RAM.

This is pretty straightforward. The higher your RAM is, the better your phone will be. But, as the same time, going for a higher RAM will mean more money to spend. So, it's your budget that can be a factor for choosing the RAM.

I'm not too worried about it on my phone, since I don't do that much on my device. I mostly use my PC for anything intensive. I could definitely use more RAM on my PC though, along with some other upgrades.

Laptop? 8GB is a must nowadays. Mine is low too, need to grab a new machine.
