Yes and no. At first I did, but gradually overtime I give out less personal details and have more privacy on my social media. I don't read all the PMs nor do I read all responses to my posts. Some people take to me, and others don't. In the case of the latter it's probably a mutual feeling, but often people do PM me because they like the fact I am honest and don't beat around the bush.
I don't try to pretend to be something I am not, and I see that in many forums and also bloggers who big themselves up. To me that is a turn off, but for some who can't see through things they can get sucked in. I'm in some Facebook groups and when there was a huge fall out with members, people were messaging me asking what was going on as I was the only one brave enough to call out the false accusations as impossible. For that people either liked me or thought I was a troublemaker. The clever ones knew which side to take, and the dumb ones, well let's say they still need to learn actions have consequences.
