Hi guys
I have a problem here
When I charge my laptop and watch any video it starts hanging
when i don't charge then it works fine
any solution?
May be the operating system is not compatible to your device.mildredtabitha wrote:Mine is ACER and also hanging since I installed windows 10.
And before, it used to hang when I played a movie CD but did not hang when I watched a movie stored in the laptop.
It also hangs when I play GTA vice city.
So for your case, I think the windows could be outdated or the laptops memory cannot Support that activity.
I don't think the battery has anything to do with hanging. The battery is for providing power and not supporting movies. Rule out the battery or charging. It's something else.

Regarding GTA vice city is not compatible to windows 10. If you wish to play that certain game. Install windows ROG.
All games are working depend on the games bit requirements.
