POLL: Best Linux Distro

Postby Sam » 22 Nov 2017, 04:09

PLEASE VOTE IN THE POLL

There are so many options for Linux, I thought we could have a vote to see what the ForumCoin community favourite is. Which Linux distribution are you using and why? Polls in phpBB are limited to 10 options. If you prefer another Distro, put it in the comments!

(I used Elementary OS, until today, when after switching through a bunch of options have hopefully settled on lubuntu. I think Elementary OS is the most beginner friendly Linux distro around but lubuntu isn't too bad).

I would love to hear what everyone is using today! I'm currently using Ubuntu Budgie on my laptop. :) I think it's very clean and perfect for a device that I use (mainly) for Chrome and light coding.

I used Ubuntu and Kali and I give better rate to Kali. Kali was wrking much better on my computer than Ubuntu.

I've used Kali a little bit for security testing, had a look at Ubuntu and found it user-friendly for a Windows user. I also converted an old laptop into something like a Chromebook using CloudReady - following the process outlined at https://www.androidcentral.com/how-conv ... chromebook.

That's my experience of Linux, sorry I don't feel it is enough to vote in a poll of favorite distros.
