i think its a good idea to make that kind of devise coz it can lessen the accidents that most motorist encountered when theyre under the influence of alcohol

Am.aware of this invention since am Kenyan too and I feel like it can help reduce accidents in that there will no no driving under the influence of alcohol.

The only thing that the gadget must have is a way that once someone places the gadget in the glove compartment, it is connected to the key knob and that it cannot be removed by the driver who put it in.

I guess the inventor needs to devise a way of hiding the device.
Like it is done with tracking devices.
