Should i buy an imac or an ipad?

Postby smithy » 25 Jan 2018, 13:47

im taking online courses for school and im torn between which one i should buy. Reading the ebook would be easier on an ipad and its cheaper, but its easier to write papers on the desktop. I also feel like id be more productive sitting at a desktop.

I would say none. Buy some smaller laptop with windows or linux. You can use it for reading and doing some other stuff. Plus it's cheaper.

I agree with mrki444, I would not buy any of them. For the price you are going to pay for such equipment you can get a nice laptop which allows you do so much more. Besides a pc will last longer and be more useful I believe, at least that is how I feel.

As I was reading your post, it seems that you know what you want to buy, and it is the iMac. You just need people to agree that what you will buy would be worth your money, because I have to say that it costs too much. If I am to answer to your thread, I would say to you that iMac would be more beneficial, since you will be going to use it on your online course. ;)

What's in the windows/linux computer that imac don't have? Imac is new to me so I don't have an idea about imac feature.

In my opinion, all Apple products are world for itself. You can't easy connect Apple device with other mark, for everything you need to use their products, there is a lot of restriction.
