So basically do i need something that has a lot of processing power then re-code it to make a strong AI. I'm an absolute noob and want to have a go as there's no harm trying something. Yea so i want to know how to make one, are you supposed to use python? what would i use for the brain?

How much do you have experience in programming? If you don't have, better start with small projects. Don't even try go on AI yet.

It has something to do with the computing and algorithm. Not much I know, but obviously it needed more memory and power and your knowledge to even further develop it.
