I've been looking for an answer to this question, but I can't find it. I try to link other accounts into the contact info section (not the website section, I don't have one yet), but the links are not hyperlinked, so people cannot click on them, and would have to copy + paste instead. I have a sneaking suspicion that Facebook is purposely making non-Instagram links plain text to help against its competitors. Can anyone confirm?

I can't answer because I'm not sure what you mean when you say “Contact”. My page has an “About” section and it shows links that people can click on.

On the plus side, because I went to check my page I just realized that I could link my Instagram account to it. Duh! I did not know that! Thank you!!

Perhaps if you tell me a little more about what you're trying to do with your FB page, maybe I can help. My Facebook page is "myshoppingchannel". I assume the links work. But maybe if you click on the "About" tab you might have a different experience. Nobody has ever told me whether or not the links work.
