Now you know why so many videos have crappy uncopyrighted background music.
The only way you can post content that is already copyrighted online without fear of having it banned is to actually contact the copyright owner and get written permission to repost their content. If you have that, you can repost it. If you do not have written permission from the person or company that actually owns the copyright, they can have your content removed at any time.
People illegally post copyrighted content all the time. Copyright owners, particularly large companies that produce TV, music and movie videos have teams of employees that search for illegal copies of their content all the time to get it removed. If you have several strikes against you, youtube or other sites that display content may eventually ban you from posting. It is usually a lifetime ban.
Either get written permission before posting copyrighted content or forget it. If you don't take that step, you can find yourself permanently banned from posting anything and could even face huge financial fines and penalties. Copyright law can take a huge bite out of your wallet with a conviction.
