Back in 2013 I was so hyped when Samsung showed this product, a credit card thin smart phone that bends!


I shouted to the screen "Shut up and take my money!" because I wanted to have one because it looks cool. Years later I never heard of this flexible phone ever again. I have a feeling this invention is shelved. I am waiting like Cio Cio San from Madame Butterfly waited for her husband Pinkerton. Just like Pinkerton the damn flexible phone never arrived. They just teased a prototype but never released it.

Another technology that broke my heart for not arriving are those transparent phones. They look like a regular rectangular shard of glass when they are turned off but when you turn on them on:



Magic!! It has been teased since 2014 but I still don't get any news about the release.

So it doesn't really released? I have also seen that before in their campaign ads. I thought it was already existing in the market.

I think they can't find a way how to mass produce them into cheaper products the masses can afford. Also in case of the flexible phone, How are you going to repair that.

This phone is looking great. It should come in the market.

Problem is in batery. That was prototype but it had very bad battery. Currently they try to solve battery flexible problem.

I am still patiently waiting for the flexible phone to be released because I love how it is as thin as a credit card. Sadly it is still not released.

Another invention I wish got released is the paper tablet! Yes tablet that is made of paper.

Samsung is one of the companies with very sophisticated mobile devices in terms of processors and design but the challenge is thet they are expensive and battery do not last longer especially if they are getting old

This product is suppose to be released in 2015 and it's 2018 already.
