Beware of Whiteclick

Postby Netherrealmer » 29 Jun 2018, 06:14

This Trojan malware cannot be removed by any anti-virus and anti-malware. This thing cannot be uninstalled, If you try to uninstall it will reinstall itself.

This annoying trojan will invade all of your browsers. Youtube video descriptions and titles will be replaced by links to online stores and other spams.

This is the screencap of Youtube search results on a browser infected by Whiteclick

Forums are painful to use too. Signatures are replaced by ads. I got this crap from a pop up ad that warned me there is a virus on my computer, I was asked if do I want google chrome to remove the virus and I clicked yes. Now I have this annoying Malware no Anti-virus can't uninstall.

If you try uninstalling it the options are in Russian. Whatever choice you click, won't matter.

Do not be fooled like me. Avoid that ad that says a virus infected your computer.

My laptop was infected before also by a malware similar to that but thankfully I removed it using adwcleaner by toolslib. You can try it its free and you can also check some of their other apps which are very useful also.

Thanks for the advice, I changed my SO to Linux Mint and I never had a single problem with malware, people are too attached to windows.

I have video game progress that I do not want to lose and I might lose some important files if I do that.
