They trends come and go but sometimes returns. Early 2000's kids will never want to have a Pompador hairstyle because it is their grandpa's hair during the 1940's. 2010's kids though have the pompador hairstyle as it became hip again. I wish we can say the same with technology. During the 1960's to the 1970's wooden appliances are very trendy.

This is Atari 2600, A videogame console from the 1970's to early 80's. It looks sophisticated because it is made of wood instead of metal and plastic.

I love stuff made of wood and I even buy some Handcraft items. Using wood stuff is also more ecologic than using plastic stuff. About that Atari I had a 1040 ST, seeing that one brings me good memories of it ehehe

I wont say there is advantage, they just look visually better because of the classic look they have. There is now a wood PS4.

Those are relics man. I don't know if I would dver let go if I land my hands on such. They seem classy and I don't know how I do not own such a phone case. Will definitely try looking for one.

The ps4 and the ps4 joystick are not relics. PS5 is not even released yet. Those are limited edition collector's item.

I think you can go overboard with it, but generally most do look attractive. I think a good combo of wood and steel is preferable.

Those trees used for these appliances I think are farmed trees and not forest trees.

Im pretty sure the atari was a Lacquer Wood Finish, the PS4 looks like it could be too, the others all look like they have more wood to them

Yes, I agree with you I have got a pair of Rose Wood Pair of speakers made by Sony with my sony Deck. I have a Stereo record palyer which is having wooden cabinet and wooden speakers! They really look great and perform nicely!

I think Bamboo is now the popular material for wooden appliances. They are not really trees, They are oversized grass.

Wood is quite expensive but if it was a little bit cheaper am sure it would trend again. I personally love wooden finishes gives it a classic look.
