I just found some interesting news stories. Cyber bullying had been getting worst these days that it had driven people to commit suicide. Two 12 year old girls got arrested because the girl they cyberbullied ended up committing suicide.



If you think regular people have it worst when it comes to cyber bullying... celebrities got it worst. Usually celebrities just endure cyber bullying but this Indian actress cant take it anymore she got a cyber bully arrested.


In your opinion , should cyberbullying be considered a crime?

Cyberbullying is a crime here since 2010 its not new.. and you will be fine charge and beside that . get jailed

I can't believe that kids as young as 12 can be jailed because of it. These days it had became so severe it affected mental health of many people.

Cyberbulling is one of most biggest problem in world. Many people don't understand that it hurt same as in real world.

Considered a crime? I'm in the USA. I think it is a crime and I'm pretty sure a really good lawyer could argue that point quite successfully. I put cyberbullying under stalking, harassing, deadly life threats. All of those are crimes. Why not cyberbullying?

Sometimes is very hard to prove who was behind Computer and it case are involving underage kids so they have special treatment.

Cyber bullying is real for sure many kids have done some serious damage on themselves because of this. Others have died and its really sad. A way should be found to curb this menace it has gone on for a very long time.

It SHOULD be a crime! I dont think kids should have gadgets to get on the internet till they are 18. But its not just kids who bully but adults as well, those old enough to know better!

It's too bad especially for kids, They might think that it's the end of the world if they didn't find the right person to talk to when they face these kind of bullying. It definitely should be considered as a crime in order to keep our kids safe on social media and the internet.

In India also it is a crime and We have a special Police know as Cyber Police which attends all cyber crimes crimes including cheating the bank accounts, black mailing, threatening and cyber bullying! Because of this Police force many criminals have got nabbed.
