I logged on to twitter today to interact with some celebrities and suddenly I notice something. Twitter is asking me to follow the accounts of people with similar usernames from Mylot users and forumcoin users.

Yup I see people from the other sites I visit being suggested on my " Who to follow" list. I feel uncomfortable and I felt like my privacy got invaded.


Oh they have the same avatar too. So this give me a feeling Twitter is spying on my online activities. Why is Twitter suggesting me to follow people I usually interact with in other sites.

Its not only you. Twitter spies on everyone. Even our big brother Google does this.

Maybe because y'all are following the same websites, that's why you're seeing them on "who to follow" list.
If you still don't feel comfortable you can uninstall twitter app and use any web browser instead (privacy mode disables tracking).

Apparently this is very common. It happens on Facebook, Google and also probably on YouTube. Many large tech firms spy and sell your data, and this is making it become like a big brother world. There are videos saying that this is done by the Illuminati to create a New World Order.

OK OK! I confess. I told them all about you. But they threatened to take my Twitter accounts if I didn't. They're not really following you. They're following me the long around way around. It happens to a lot of people who are nice to me. You've been very nice to me. You're probably on their list of "suspects". Sorry about that.
