Apparently Facebook is now trying to make their own competition against Netflix. It is going to have it's own tv show. Last year they started it with a WWE wrestling show Mixed Match challenge. Now they will try to make actual Television shows.

Facebook has been trying to get demonetized Youtubers to transfer to them and it also launch a game streaming platform to compete with Twitch. Now they will compete against Netflix and have movies and tv show originals. Do you think is too ambitious?

This is the World of competition! There is no wonder if Face Book is entering the entertainment field to compete with Netflix! This competition is good for the customers as they will have better choice at competitive rates!

I remember when Facebook saw instagram as a threat so they decided to buy it. They can't buy Twitch nor Netflix so they made their own platforms.

Mixed match challenge is a tag team tournament of WWE where a man and a woman work together as a tag team. last year The Miz and Asuka wins.

All of this is fresh news to me and with all the news broadcasted on Facebook one would think I'd have seen this somewhere. Again, I learn something new every day. I don't know if it's too ambitious but it looks like they take this media thing very seriously. Haha.

Hollywood Actress Elisabeth Olson just launcher her face Facebook shows. Facebook really want their streaming service to happen that they now use big name movie actors television can't afford.

There is nothing wrong in it. It is world of competition and one ventures in to new things when already success in it's earlier venture. They just have to be up to mark to survive.

Well, Facebook is one of the most successful social network platforms with a huge following.I hope they enter into competition with Netflix. I guess if they do it right then they may prove to be a good competition to all the players like Netflix and Amazon.In any case more competition will surely be a good news for all the consumers. They would get good content at a reasonable price.

If these streaming site continues, I can see television dying in 40 years because streamed shows are better than the ratings controlled tv shows.

I don't think television will completely die. Eventually people will turn to television again as an alternative to lots of streaming services, although it might not be this generation. These things have a way of evolving.

I see nothing wrong with it. Plus, if that happens, I can save a lot of money. I tend to subscribe to Netflix every month so I can watch my favorite US and UK television series.
