A successful forum

Postby Streamguy69 » 27 Sep 2018, 22:48

Everyone that starts a forum wants it to be successful. Of course that would be my goal too. To run a successful forum, you have to have a good set of administrators running it. No one in their right mind can run it by themselves. the next thing is not to lure people to your forum and then lower the promised rewards or discontinue them. Finally, have your moderators keep an eye on the forums and get rid of the bad seeds. No one wants to be in any such forum. That is the one thing I enjoy about forumcoin. Great people run it, awesome people are part of the community, and what they offer is what they have always offered. 2 thumbs up to this place

This is very true. For a forum to be successful it requires all that and forum coin is a good example of such a great and successful forum.

I agree the most important thing is the administrator, very important because most of the stuff that comes up on the forum and the decisions that are made start with the admin. If he messes up then the forum is bound to go down without notice.

Well for a forum to be successful it requires competent and reliable administrators and moderators, as also good and interesting content written by the members. It should also be easy to use and well organized.

Hello!
I really agree with you...
And I can add that maintain and make a forum grow up isn't an easy task... is in fact super super difficult.
Some years ago a friend wanted to create a forum about psychology themes. He created the forum but with almost no content the forum end up dying... so, like darkthorn said good and interesting content is fulcral... without it and members iniciatives the foruns will surely die...

I couldn't agree more. My ex-partner tried to build his own forum way back in 2008 but since his work in the office was very demanding, he wasn't able to give attention to it.

Yes a good forum ought to be one with good rules, strict implementation of rules and where people themselves try to follow them. All of that is here.
