They are the manufacturers of a line of products found in many households around the globe. You may be familiar with Band-aid, Bengay, Neosporin, Johnson's baby products and Neutrogena skin care products. They are the manufacturers of these among many others. J & J is not really a charity but the Donate a Photo App is an innovation of theirs. The purpose of the App is to donate to charity organizations. If you see a charity you want to support just upload a photo in the App and they will pay that $1 for you. Nothing comes from your pocket.
