My dad bought us a cheap windows computer growing up good enough for browsing the internet. Due to that I got exposed to Microsoft and Windows XP at a young age. I still am running Windows XP on my desktop and Windows 8 on a laptop. I like Windows but it does suck they can't get viruses and Macs do not seem too. If I had the chance to really learn a Mac I might like it more.

For the extra you'd spend on Mac, invest in a decent antivirus for windows. Mac's are not immune and getting more viruses each day.

Fair points!

Interesting to know. I don't believe they can't I just hardly heard tell of it so it is easy to think they don't. I had a paid virus program but now I am just running AVG on everything and it works fine. Its been 2 years or longer since I last got a virus and last time it was my fault for using a site I probably shouldn't of been on. Since then I have been fine though so that is good at least.
