The existence of Self driving cars

Postby Netherrealmer » 28 Oct 2018, 00:08

Self driving cars exists now and it is seen as the future of transport.

Do you feel secure riding a car fully controlled by AI? Would you feel safe crossing the roads knowing there will be these machine controlled vehicles with no drivers are on the streets. The self driving cars have more chances to become legal over the already invented flying cars which no government want to legalize.

I heard that they are expected to be much safer than the ordinary cars but at the moment I still don't feel secure with them. I'm not prepared for this experience neither as a rider nor a pedestrian. Not long ago a pedestrian was killed by a self driving Uber car and since then it looks like they've paused their testing. I haven't heard much of it but I'm sure they'll move forward with this innovation.
