Smartphone addicts beware

Postby Netherrealmer » 31 Oct 2018, 13:56

Image

A woman in South Korea got so addicted on her Smartphone, her hand got permanently looking like this. If your hands start hurting, You need to stop and make it rest.

There are exercises you can do to stop the pain:

I do not want my hands to look like that. I know many people are so addicted to their smartphones that it is like a part of their body not knowing they are straining it to death.

I have never been good enough at entering text with my thumbs to have any chance of developing this problem, so maybe I am lucky to be a one finger wonder.

Working on a New Side-Hustle

Since age is no longer creeping up on me, but rushing in like an NFL ball carrier on 4th down from the 1 yard line. it's very simple.

I use smartphone but not all day. I'm more at computer and it is better for me than do stuff on smariphone. I even connected Viber on computer. I mostly use FB on computer than messenger on smartphone.

Computer addiction comes with its own challenges and too much typing can also cause these discomforts. At the end of the day still it's all about moderation. We'll be good if we can maintain that :D because sometimes we can be so out of control.

Its not juat with the smartphone too much time spent on the computer can also cause health problems. For me i spend a lot of my time on my phone, but i also get to rest my hands and the rest of my body throughout the day.

I think it's high time for me to stop using the smart phone for 16 hours per day.

That looks really awful. I think we all are addicted to our mobiles and computers to some extent but what these guys are doing is taking it to the extreme. I don't think I will ever let that happen to me. Our health and physical fitness is much more important than anything else in life.

Try transfer activity on Computer. Keyboard is better than virtual one. Also big screen is better than small smartphone screen for eyes.

So true, the devices are being abused. Overuse of anything never ends well.

Anything in excess is not good! So is the use of Smart phone. I am not addicted with smart phone I only use it whenever I genuinely need it to be used!

I have never thought of this before but I always massage my hands. Does it work the same way if you just take a warm shower?

I think that will be the next me if I don't stop being so addicted to my phone. I will start teaching myself to do things outside my phone from now on.
