I voted a few weeks before the November 6 'presentee' ballot (why haven't I heard it called that if they call 'mail-in votes' "the absentee ballot"?), mostly using iSideWith.com to guide my vote.
(Maybe it's because 'I voted early,' but iSideWith didn't fully outline the candidates on the ballot! I had to choose 'whose party I side with' on the offices iSideWith hadn't researched the candidates then---and I haven't been to the site lately; maybe they've researched all your candidates now. But anyway ...)
Then I looked at 'a bookmark-flyer-encyclical I got in a Partner-Message from Kenneth Copeland Ministries.' It suggests 5 steps to making sure we guide our government right (by electing the right representatives in this election):
And two of the steps involve 'visiting AmericaStands-sites': AmericaStands.us to "Study the party platforms," & seeing AmericaStands.org to "Use faith-based candidate voter guides."
I wonder about the two groups' methods: I think iSideWith basically "displays a political quiz for all citizens (both 'running for office' AND 'just voting') to fill out, and voters look and see which candidates 'answer the same way we would.'" I haven't even LOOKED at AmericaStands yet; are their research-methods more 'honest'?
