Today I need to get motivated to start making our new youtube video games shows.
But even to get my live stream started and also during the casts,
i like to play this song. Something about the energy, just
gets me in the mood to play !

What do you do to get motivated as a gamer?

At this moment it's all about bragging rights and escaping reality. Also to see CGI tiddies. I prefer female characters for a reason.

There is only one way to keep me addicted to a game, it has to be a MMORPG or a strategy game, other games bore me very easy.

I was a hardcore gamer for the first 30 years of my life and I can say it was incredibly fun but ultimately pointless, unless you are rich enough to sit around all day doing it. When I think about the things that have rewarded me in life I never think ‘I got such-and-such Trophy on Bloodorne and GTA’ but rather the effort I put into the DIY around the house, the garden, the years of studying Japanese etc. I’m very proud of the video games I made (not played) - and it you’re interested in games I would recommend trying to make them yourself. I did earn some ok eCPM putting ads on them too

.... but i only play stuff that i like , playing a awesome FPS now, old school

Besides that i dont know, there are some games you like so much that you want to keep playing , others not.

I can list a lot of people from Twitch alone.

Twitch is a billion dollar company already. There is a grandma who is able to make a living by streaming games on twitch.

My cousin who is a streamer quits her day job for streaming games as it makes her more money.
Her sister is now a streamer too.
One of my friends is now a streamer and he is now making 40 dollars a day and he is just a beginner.

A porn actress quits porn after realizing there is more money from streaming games.

Hollywood actor Terry Crews is now a streamer too.
