Starting a New Thing: A Youtube Video

Postby ptrikha21 » 01 Feb 2019, 16:01

So, I have detoured into doing a thing for the first time. I created a Powerpoint presentation on a Technical topic. Then I straightaway converted it from .ppt to .mp4 - video format, and uploaded to YouTube.
I am not expecting instant success, but it is a good feeling. I can slowly build up, diversify and improve upon my videos.
Are you folks also into YouTube video stuff?

Youtube has recently announced that users cannot monetize videos using slides. The reason behind this announcement is to eliminate the users who are making a video just to earn money from Adsense.

I have uploaded some YouTube vids, one of my hobbies is taking movie scenes and replacing the backtracks with themes from video games and such.

I try to do a video on my guppies once a week but right now I'm slacking cause I'm working
on redoing my cabin where I have more room & things look better on video & I just got me a
new webcam, so by April if everything goes right I will have the guppies up & ready to sell &
the cabin redid the way I want it & have things ALL in order & going strong.

Congrats and best wishes on your new venture.

I have never tried to create or edit videos until now. I am just trying to make a few videos for bitlanders and enjoying it. But they are such baby steps more to get me out of my comfort zone and learn new things.
