Laptop

Postby paulojunior85 » 20 May 2015, 00:20

Face the first major advantage of a laptop over a desktop is portability. Being small and light, the laptop can be carried anywhere and anytime.

In addition, their food is made by cables or batteries. This means that if you have power available to use your notebook, you can continue using it through the battery.

Another undeniable advantage is the size. If you are accustomed to using desktop computers probably will feel the difference right away when using a notebook: it will seem strange. But after a few hours of use you will notice the advantage that it is able to have an efficient and smaller computer in your hands.

If you use your computer for games or watch many videos, or even view photos, imagine doing all this on a larger screen! If you have a TV with HDMI input, and a note with the same input you can connect your computer to your TV set. By doing so your TV will replace the monitor of your notebook offering you best and highest quality picture and sound.

Regarding the media, the notebooks offer all the basic support for their users can communicate: the speakers and microphone are integrated into the computer, and most models also have built-in webcam.

You can also customize your notebook with films and adhesives as well as help protect your computer from dirt still leave you with your way and according to your taste.

Re: Notebook

This is very true. I have a keyboard cleaner for my desktop keyboard but it doesn't do that great of a job for whatever reason. And my screen on the laptop is much easier to clean and keep clean compared to my desktop computer. Notebook and laptops are sort of the same thing right? Lol

When it comes to simple things like programming, listening to music, watching videos, doing work, surfing the internet and run some games, it is better a laptop when you need great performance for games running with maximum graphics is better a desktop!

You COPY PASTE a whole text from somewhere on the net that you CLEARLY did not write.
Are you that desperate to get ForumCoins?

I mean no offense over here, but I don't think that that is how it is supposed to work.

Thanks for sharing, however laptop's aren't as tough as desktop especially in terms of cooling, they can handle extreme loads only for short period unlike their counterparts.

True. Laptops and desktops have their good and bad sides. But for me laptop is so very handy though it is not more powerful than desktop.

The major advantage in laptop is its portability and light weight compared to desktop. But somehow i feel desktop is more convenient to me while using . I can type fast.

That depends on what keyboard you are using, for desktop membrane and mechanical keyboard is popular among the user's. They offer good typing speed and feedback. Laptop's are mostly chiclet or called "island-style keyboards" that offer slower typing speed and feedback but more silent. The only rare case is the MSI GT80 Titan which uses a mechanical keyboard but is very expensive.

Ours is Zebronic usb keyboard. I can connect to laptop also. At the time of purchasing the HP laptop i am not aware of the MSI GT80 Titan . otherwise i would have opted for that , though expensive but convenient too

I personaly have a desktop and a laptop.
I don't use my desktop, is just my "storage" if you know what i mean :D hehehhe
My laptop is much similar to a gammig laptop. Have a very god graphic, 1TB of storage, 12G RAM and it's an Intel 7 turbo, with 2GB of dedicated memory for the graphic.

I use my laptop for everything. Games like GTA, Sniper Ghost Warrios, etc, to surch the internet, and my a lot of jobs. I test sites, games etc.

I don't like desktop. the only thing better in a desktop is that you can change every peaces to make it a "better" computer. In a laptop is more dificult

i don't think so, tablet is small, but is very god to make a lot of job, etc.
It's a way to keep in touch. I think laptop's are better. You can do everything, in a tablet you can.

Can you play call of dutty in a tablet?? I don't think soo hehehehehhehe its very tricky. I have one but i only use for personal stuff, to make a videocall, or to visite sites when i'm out of my house, in the transport to work etc
